The intensification of contacts with its customers but also with prospects continues for Nemis and the development actions put in place are beginning to bear fruit.
« SAUR has been asking us a lot recently for all their agencies, explains Yves Duhamel, head of the Design Office. We work regularly with them, which makes the activities more sustainable. A subsidiary of SAUR, STEREAU, which is in charge of major projects, is also interested in developing activities with us. We also have solicitations from SUEZ or VINCI Environnement which, in September, plans two major projects: incineration and power generation. »
Faced with this increase in activity on the water treatment market and its development in the industrial sector, Nemis faces a problem: resources.
Indeed, customers want Nemis teams to intervene on their platform, so we have to be mobile with the difficulties that this entails for our employees. An alternative solution is offered to our customers: remote project mode operation with weekly project reviews at the customer’s premises or in video.
« This organization is under development. We are already working in this way with SAUR de Vannes, Pont l’Evêque and OTV Rennes and everything is going very well », explains Laurent Simon, sales manager.
Nemis will therefore continue its customer development and diversification actions.
