Project management and implementation support are historical skills within the FIVA Group.

These functions include about ten professions whose purpose is to support our clients in the accomplishment and progress of their projects.

Their responsibilities consist in meeting the client’s challenges by helping him to meet his objectives in terms of cost, quality and deadlines.

ENGINEERING

All the engineering and design professions are involved to support our customers in the design and feasibility of their projects.

Their main missions are to ensure the technical feasibility of the projects and to provide all the data and documents (plans, diagrams, calculation notes, etc.) necessary for their implementation, from the first day of study to the final product acceptance.
