Driven by determination and perseverance, Yannick succeeded in developing the company considerably and thus created the FIVA Group, which today includes 8 subsidiaries.

A true performance catalyst, Serge is the Swiss Army Knife of the FIVA Group. He manages the company in all its aspects: production, finance and business development. He ensures the operational management of the group with the same dexterity as a starred chef. On the menu: quality, performance and flexibility all seasoned with a touch of humour so appreciated!

Thousands of miles away from France, Gavan is responsible for innovation and production of our Australian entities. He is an enthusiastic leader who motivates his teams to help them achieve major projects. Gavan is also available at all times to help customers find innovative solutions.

Juan has been at the head of our Spanish entity since its creation. He has put his heart and soul into making Techno Pro Hispania a key partner for industrial companies in the Naval-Defence sector. Permanent contacts, prospecting, market surveillance, development of turnover: this is the rhythm of his daily life and he loves it. It's in his blood, but be careful, it's also in his head!

With her lioness mane, she is said to have an iron hand in a velvet glove. Rigorous, committed and enthusiastic, Coralie coordinates the implementation of the company's strategic decisions in terms of Human Resources. She is also in constant contact with employees in order to monitor and manage their lives within the company. A true facilitator of social dialogue, Coralie knows how to be direct while being an indispensable and caring support for our employees. It's all these things that make her a force to be reckoned with!

Guarantor of the company's legal, administrative and regulatory obligations, Angélique puts oil in the company's gears with her contagious good humour and laughter. She is a real support for the managers thanks to her perfect knowledge of the company. Whether it is good accounting or legal management, she is not the type to back down from a challenge!

As head of Techno Pro, Philippe has a combination of analytical and communication skills that allow him to guide his teams to success and adapt to an ever-changing industry landscape.

His philosophy: rest will be for later! As head of the TECHNO PRO entity, Eric passes on his legendary motivation to his teams and guides his troops to meet the needs of his customers. Dynamic and rigorous, he manages with passion and a perfect knowledge of his field.

At the helm of the DIVA Engineering entity, Jean-Michel is an outstanding manager. Guaranteeing the performance and quality of the services offered to clients is his priority, but he does not forget his team. Its objective: to increase their skills so that one day, perhaps the students will surpass the teacher.

Alexandra is an expert on the FIVA Group and its activities, and dynamically orchestrates the company's quality, safety and radiation protection. She knows her subject inside out, which allows us to have a quality culture at the cutting edge! Available and attentive, Alexandra is a force of proposal and knows how to implement corrective actions to optimize our daily quality approach.

Native of Cherbourg (but always on time), Camille is one of those who leave Normandy to rediscover it better later on. Passionate about the sea and wide-open spaces, she takes advantage of these moments to gather good ideas. With what aim? To develop the Group's internal and external communication strategy to promote our company to the whole world!
