In the the framework of the Channel promotion campaign organised by Latitude In the Channel, our Recruitment department has been on the road to meet you of the inhabitants of Metz, Nancy and Dunkirk. A look back at these exchanges.
Latitude Manche, the attractiveness agency of the department of La Manche created in 2017, wanted to respond to the recruitment problems for Manchester companies. To do this, it has set up a major campaign to promote the department, its companies and its job offers. The aim is to seduce and attract candidates with us by communicating strongly about job opportunities, the economic dynamics of the territory and the quality of its living environment. It is thanks to this idea that the #MaNouvelleVieDanslaManche campaign was created!
This initiative proposes 14 recruitment events in 9 targeted pools. The partner companies of the agency were contacted to participate in this campaign and thus promote their job offers. The FIVA Group has responded and has moved to Nancy, Metz and Dunkirk.
Organized in the form of afterworks, a total immersion was offered to visitors: discovery of the territory, of the living environment, local products, testimonials from companies and the career opportunities. Videos from the Channel took their breath away were broadcasted to make way for a moment of exchanges with the different companies present.
Although the campaign does not have the expected benefits, it remains a very good initiative for our department.
« I think these events will have long-term benefits, says Pauline KOZIOL – Communications Officer. This is a great opportunity to shed light on our department and thus show that it is not only about the rain but rather to an exceptional living environment. Not being a native of the Channel, I fell in love with its landscapes and I will not leave them more. You just have to be able to communicate all this in order to make them want to to become Manchois in turn. We could not be absent during these events because they also allow us to increase the awareness of the Group. »
The notoriety of the territory and its companies is therefore the great victory of this first campaign which will be no doubt repeat next year. The Channel is where everything begins!
