On the Solitaire, everything is possible, you just have to believe in it!

“The contract is fulfilled and the result is great! »
“This Solitaire has been crazy and making fifth in this edition is no small feat. I’m improving my score, but also the way I navigate. I really show that I am very present. There’s not much missing to win it and that’s what I’m clinging to too, because in the end, I’ve never been so close,” concluded the skipper.
A word from Yannick VERGEZ, President of the FIVA Group:
“Alexis just missed the podium. This is disappointing for him, of course. Until then, he had finished several times in 6th place. The stage victory escaped him in round 3 whereas he had dominated it from A to Z. He didn’t have much luck with the seaweed in Ushant and the minutes he gave there to Anthony Marchand and Gildas Mahé are probably the ones that make the difference in the end. He deserved this podium that he has been aiming for for a while, but he will succeed next time. The Solitaire is always interesting and this year, I must say that it has been really exciting. The very best, especially since the images of the sea that have come down to us, I am thinking in particular of those of the passage through Alderney, have been extraordinary. »
