Since 1 October, the new supervision framework contract for Orano has been in place.
« Compared to the old contract, we proposed a new organization to our client, explains Éric Jounot – Techno Pro Business Manager. In view of Orano’s new requirements, we have chosen to rely on a project manager. Accompanied by the technical advisers, his role will be to frame the missions and monitor our quality commitment. This position will be essential to have a good vision of the perimeter on which we will work and thus have the right entry data, the limits of the site and our services. The supervision project manager will be a contractual referent for the supervisors and will ensure the quality of our services, contractual commitments and deliverables with the support of all and our technical referees. »
Techno Pro will supervise the BOR, OPTIM and some major BOP projects. In total, this contract includes 13 major work units for which the company has indicated to the client the various corresponding tasks, the time required and the price per mission.
In order to start a mission/task, the client writes a Contract Call (CCT), or supervision request, which is directly linked to the framework contract but which allows us to set the scope of our interventions and commitments for a particular site. Supervisors or technical referents must provide a monthly Certificate of Acceptance of Service (CAP) to track the progress of the project and the missions processed. This document is sent to Orano for validation in order to allow TECHNO PRO to invoice.
« The validation by the client is based on the services we have provided and their quality, explains Éric. The quality aspect is very important in this contract, it is a strong demand from Orano. He wishes to be able to work with companies that ensure a good quality in the various media written and services provided. ORANO also asks us to support it strongly in the process of monitoring suppliers, a subject that is known to be delicate and for which it is essential to set limits of liability.
We must be irreproachable in terms of nuclear safety and our new organization will allow us to be so. »
