On November 26, 2018, ten trainees (seven for DIVA Ingénierie and three for SOFRESID Engineering) began training in the profession of Piping Design Technician, at the premises of FIM CCI Formation in Cherbourg. Progress report on these first weeks of training.
Thanks to a partnership between DIVA Ingénierie and FIM CCI, a tailor-made training course was created to meet the technical specificities of our company.
Aurélie Marichal, recruitment manager, tells us more: “It has now been several weeks since the first training session began. The results are very positive, the trainees are motivated and form a driving and cohesive group. The apprenticeship is progressive, so they will have a solid foundation to join our Group in April 2019. The next step will be to support them and develop their skills.”
This is a promising start and may continue, according to feedback, with the creation of similar training in other areas.
